Booking & Payment Conditions
  1. The above rates are per room per night and do not include breakfast, except for Jeju Wonder Resort.
  2. The room rates are fixed in Korean Won.
  3. Room tax & service charge :
    • SDLX : 21% tax & service charge will be added to the above room rates.
    • The Suites Hotel, 1st & Condominium: Tax & service charge included.
  4. As room will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended. After August 16, 2012, room availability and rates may not be guaranteed.
  5. The reservation must be accompanied by a valid credit card information or full payment via bank transfer by August 16, 2012 to guarantee your booking.

  7. The above rates only apply to convention participants who book & pay through the official travel agency, Plaza 21 Plus Travel.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  1. Any change or cancellation should be informed by e-mail of fax to Plaza 21 Plus Travel directly.
  2. Cancellation received till Sep. 14, 2012 : 100% refund.
  3. Cancellation received on or till Sep.21, 2012 : 50% of one-night deposit will be charged.
  4. Cancellation received after Sep. 22, 2012 or no-show : One-night deposit will be charged.
  5. Bank and service charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  6. Please note that refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reason.
